SGS works with partners to provide our clients expert visioning and strategic planning services on top of coaching expertise that will bring your vision to fruition. Services include the development of the vision statement, mission statement, core values, SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound), and tangible, laser-focused objectives under each. Strategic Plans may be 2 to five years in length.
From ideation to implementation, SGS will clarify your vision in order to build and drive your initiative.
Planning success isn’t only about the plan. It is also about engagement and ownership, gaining traction with small wins, and sustainable progress. With extensive experience in planning, facilitation, cohort management, and implementation, we will design and implement an achievement-focused plan for your organization that gets results. We construct a comprehensive research and strategic planning timeline, including review and delivery of products, logistics, communication and more.
SGS provides expert consultation and technical support following completion of the plan. This includes six consultation sessions – one per month for the first three months, followed by one consultation per quarter for the remaining three quarters of first-year implementation.
We offer ongoing consultations regarding project management and implementation of success strategies. SGS prioritizes communications with key stakeholders throughout the life cycle of your projects.
